Treatments

Reiki can be applied with hands gently on the body or hands slightly above the body. You are fully clothed during treatment. Treatment is done on a massage table, but is not a massage.

Relaxing music is played and candles are lit during treatment.

Many clients enjoy conversation while they're having their treatment, and others choose to close their eyes and relax. Some clients choose to have a small blanket or sheet cover their body while receiving there treatment and a pillow to rest their head.

And some clients get so relaxed they fall asleep. Whatever you choose to do is totally fine.

During a treatment many clients have experience seeing colors, feeling tingling sensations or waves of energy in some areas of their body. An intense feeling of heat from the practitioner's hands. And some may even experience visions. Many clients feel an inner peace, calmness, and a sense of rejuvenation and clarity after their session is over.

When the Reiki session is over, we will talk about what you may have experienced. And I will offer you a bottle of water to take with you. The water helps your body begin to flush the toxins out and enable you to begin the healing process.
